Advantages:

Выбирала по местоположению, рядом с клиникой. Квартира на 2 этаже. Коммуникация с хозяином прошла хорошо. Пожалуй, это и все плюсы.

Disadvantages:

Фото квартиры было мало, и только кусочками. Не было видно комнаты полным планом. Было подозрение, что это не с проста. Так и произошло. Ванная убитая, кухня очень грязная, квартира не уютная и безвкусная. Не понравилось.
