Дизайнерский дом из морских контейнеров расположен в закрытом охраняемом поселке на берегу озера. Участок лесистный, закрыт от любопытных глаз практически со всех сторон. В доме есть всё необходимое для круглогодичного проживания.
1-й этаж: прихожая, кухня-гостинная с двуспальным раскладным диваном, санузел.
2-й этаж: спальня-кровать 220*240 имеет отличную звукоизоляцию, очень нравится детям для игр, при этом взрослые могут спокойно смотреть кино, детей не будет слышно), двуспальный диван в гостинной, санузел с душевой кабиной. Оба этажа оснащены кондиционерами и обогревателями.
В посёлке две детские площадки, пляж с белым песком и лежаками, волейбольная площадка. Озеро чистое, проточное (создано искусственно плотиной на реке Никажель, на глубине бьют ключи. На территории поселка работает магазин круглогодично, продукты доставляют Пятёрочка, вкусвилл, перекресток, озон-фреш. Пункты валдберис и озон в шаговой доступности.
Дом не подходит для шумных вечеринок! Режим тишины после 22.00 строго!
